Nothing new. But a comment posted on the KI Media site points to this:

'WE NEED A STRONG LAW ENFORCEMENT FROM THE PHNOM PENH AUTHORITIES TO BAN THIS KIND OF ANARCHIC TRANSPORT. IT IS A QUESTION OF CAMBODIA'S IMAGE AND PRESTIGE.'
