Back to the previous day's article on beauty in advertising. A worried reader of the Cambodia Daily of today (9 February2007) has sent a letter to the editor which has been published. It;s not too long, can be found here, but here is the main point:
'Is it fair to deny tuk-tuk owners a few dollars a month of advertising income while the city itself earns big money from far uglier and more intrusive billboards?'Answer: no it does not seem so. (The author is referring to big bill-boards which advertise cigarettes).
